Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-201-6937 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Disney Final Payment & Cancellation Policy
Beginning Sept. 24, 2024, final payment for Concierge guests will be due 90 days before the vacation commencement date for 1 to 5-Night sailings, and 120 days for sailings of 6 or more nights.
In addition to updating the final payment policy, an updated cruise cancellation fee schedule will also go into effect for all sailings beginning Sept. 24, 2024, is as described below.
As a reminder, commission protection for travel agencies is based on the entire cruise booking being cancelled. Disney Cruise Line does not protect any travel agency commissions upon cancellation outside of the 50%, 75%, or 100% cancellation period.

Cancellations may be made by telephone or in writing. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names will be considered cancellations. For cancellations, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees and other amounts owed, will be promptly refunded. No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest's credit card account or through the Guest's Travel Agent if the reservation is made through a Travel Agent. Disney Cruise Line is not responsible for the receipt of refund monies by Guests from their Travel Agents. All travel documents including airline tickets must be returned before refund processing can begin. Certain Travel Agents may withhold an agency cancellation fee. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a change to the rate.
