The most affordable rooms, Interior Staterooms, come with a comfortable queen bed (or two twin beds), a refrigerator, flat-screen TV, a spacious closet and desk, and a hair dryer. Beds are made up with 100% cotton, high-thread count linens, and showers are stocked with fine bath products. Oceanview, Mini-Suites, and Suites are also available, featuring these amenities plus many more, as well as more space and spectacular views of the sea. In suites, guests can enjoy floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, a complimentary mini-bar setup and free daily bottled water, and complimentary laundry and professional cleaning services.

Princess Cruises Guest Accessibility

Princess ships offer accessible staterooms designed for wheelchair maneuverability and feature wider doorways than a standard stateroom in both the stateroom and the bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with a roll-in shower with a fold-down bench seat, a distress alarm, handheld shower head and grab bars. The stateroom also has an easy access closet and writing desk with wheelchair access. Additionally, all staterooms feature Medallion touchless entry, which unlocks the door as you approach. Access-friendly design across our fleet makes it easy to enjoy each vessel's restaurants, theaters, spas, lounges, and open deck space. Elevators have 36- to 42-inch doorways, and wheelchair seating is available in show lounges and other public spaces. Onboard, make reservations and requests using the MedallionClass app on your personal electronic device or interactive in-stateroom TV.

If you have purchased a Princess pre- or post-cruise hotel package or transfers, Princess will assist with arranging accessible transportation. Accessible transportation may be limited or not available in some foreign ports of call. Please be sure to submit a Mobility Questionnaire (PDF) so that we can make the appropriate arrangements for you.

Going ashore: Most ports provide easy access ashore via gangways. Due to various conditions including the steepness of the gangway, weather, shore-side facilities, tidal and sea conditions, guests using mobility devices may be required to transfer to a stair climber. Princess' team will guide you based on local conditions to assure your safety. For the safety of the team, crew members are only able to physically lift up to 50 pounds (22 kg).

In some ports, the ship anchors offshore and guests transfer to shore by water shuttles. When a water shuttle is required, guests using mobility devices will not be transferred into or out of the water shuttle, if lifting in excess of the above limitation is required. Many water shuttle ports do not provide wheelchair access so even if the guest can board the water shuttle, they may not be able to disembark ashore. Again, the shore-side facilities, movement of the water shuttle, weather and tidal conditions can also preclude the use of the water shuttle.
