She provides lots of insiders tips for off the beaten path, non tourist locations and different ways to enjoy the destinations. Alaska was no exception! Heidi told us about Tracy's Crab Shack in Juneau, best location to see the salmon spawn plus lots of money saving ideas. Her professional insight is the best!

He looked up lodging places for our pre-stay in Van Couver, BC, and called me back with new information each time he ran across one we might like. He put my mind at ease about all the details of travel insurance and when to purchase it, as well as airlines reservations. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. 5-Star Service Alaska - Holland America Line's Noordam Andrea was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Friends of ours booked though another cruise agency and did not get the perks that we got. For example, they did not get any lunch, credits in Denali or additional dinner upgrade on the ship. Andrea absolutely gave 5-star service and we would recommend her to friends & family!

Outstanding Service Alaska - Celebrity Cruises's Celebrity Eclipse The one thing that stuck out to me when I first spoke with Jackie was that she sent a follow up email with pricing and details that we spoke about before we booked. For me that separated her from any other agency I spoke with. Also she mentioned lots of things that I would not have known to look into or ask about. Extremely Helpful Alaska - Cruises - Oceania Cruises's Regatta John assisted me by securing pre and post cruise accommodation that was not only at an affordable price but so central to amenities that I saved on travel costs. John targeted these particular hotels because he bothered to ASK me what I wanted to achieve / experience whilst on vacation. John's advice is also based on experience of personal travels and he freely shares his experience to 'newbie' travellers such as myself. If I was nervous it was because I placed that stress upon myself. I knew and felt I could thoroughly rely on John and the plans he put in place on my behalf. I travelled for four weeks and did not experience a hiccup, a blimp or crack in any itinerary. I feel blessed and incredibly fortunate to be the recipient of John's experience.
