Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, via email, or by phone at 1-800-201-6937 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing directly to UnCruise Adventures or through your authorized travel advisor. The official date of cancellation is defined as the business day on which written notice is received by UnCruise. Cancellation penalties apply to cruise fares, pre/post-cruise land packages, hotel stays, and custom adventure transfers.
Refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to departure that written notice is received. If full payment has not been received at the time of cancellation, the guest remains responsible for the applicable fee. Guests who fail to arrive for departure or voluntarily discontinue their voyage after commencement forfeit all funds paid with no refund.
