Cancellation Updates:
Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. Contact your Sales Agent or our Customer Service department online, by phone at 1-800-201-6937 and ask about potential opportunities for flexible cancellation policies, rebooking opportunities and other options.
Cancellation of the Booking must be requested from the Company via telephone at 877-665-4655 from the Passenger or Passenger's Travel Agent. To cover the estimated loss incurred by cancellation, the Company will levy cancellation charges in accordance with the following scale
"no-show" upon departure or breaking of Cruise Package (disembarkation prior to termination of the voyage) shall be considered as a cancellation made on the day of departure subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Excluding the World Cruise.
Cancellation charges are assessed on total fares (excluding taxes), which include cruise fare, air add-ons, hotel packages and any other additional services arranged through MSC Cruises S.A. or MSC Cruises (USA) LLC. In cases where a penalty phase may be less than the penalized deposit amount, the greater amount will be assessed as the penalty. Please note that hotels have their own cancellation policies and charges.
In case of a partial Booking cancellation whereby one or more Passengers have cancelled their Cruise Package, leaving one Passenger to occupy the cabin after the cancellation of the other Passenger(s), the remaining Passenger occupying the cabin for single use will be assessed a 100% single surcharge.

No refund will be permitted if a guest terminates his/her cruise after embarkation or while the cruise is in progress. Cruise contracts are non-transferable. Name changes and cruise date changes are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees. Cancellation charges are assessed on the total fares, which include cruise fare, air-add-on, hotel packages, shore excursions and any other additional service arranged through MSC Cruises. All pre-purchased MSC Cruises services, packages, and excursions cancelled once onboard are subject to up to 100% penalty.
